Domain Registration Service Agreement

1. Service Description

1.1. Through this Agreement, the Service Provider commits to deliver intermediary services connecting the Client with the Domain Registry for domain registration, transfer, or renewal services, following the Client’s request and payment of applicable charges.

1.2. The Client acknowledges and accepts the Service Provider’s privacy policy (https://netseptyni.lt/privacy-policy/) and consents to the sharing of personal and contact information with third-party entities involved in domain administration processes. This data sharing is essential for proper service execution.

1.3. For .LT domain registrations, the Client explicitly agrees to be bound by the .LT top-level domain policy, terms, and conditions as established by the .LT Registry (Kaunas University of Technology, DomReg https://www.domreg.lt/informacija/dokumentai/procedural-regulation.pdf), which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The Client acknowledges having access to and understanding these policies before domain registration.

1.4. For .LV domain registrations, the Client explicitly agrees to be bound by the .LV top-level domain policy, terms, and conditions as established by the .LV Registry (https://www.nic.lv/), which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The Client acknowledges having access to and understanding these policies before domain registration.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

2.1. Annual charges for domain registration, transfer, renewal, or restoration services are specified in the payment invoice issued to the Client.

2.2. Payment must be completed by the Client no later than the payment deadline specified in the invoice. Late payment may result in additional restoration fees for suspended services at the Service Provider’s discretion.

2.3. Time required for domain renewal coordination with the Registry will be deducted from the initial year of domain validity.

2.4. The Service Provider maintains the right to adjust pricing with minimum one (1) month advance notice to the Client before the subsequent billing cycle.

2.5. The Client consents to receiving notifications and invoices from the Service Provider via electronic delivery.

3. Responsibilities and Duties

3.1. Service Provider Responsibilities: 3.1.1. Submit electronic applications to the Registry on the Client’s behalf for domain registration, transfer, or one-year renewal within three (3) business days of payment obligation fulfillment per Section 2.2. 3.1.2. Process refunds as specified in Section 2.1 within one (1) month of Section 3.1.1 implementation if domain registration is unsuccessful. 3.1.3. Send renewal payment invoices to the Client’s designated email address no later than thirty seven (37) calendar days before domain expiration, including charges per Section 2.1.

3.2. Client Responsibilities: 3.2.1. Provide accurate identification and contact details, promptly reporting any changes. Supply verification documents upon Service Provider request. 3.2.2. Safeguard login credentials provided by the Service Provider. 3.2.3. Ensure domain usage complies with applicable laws, avoiding prohibited activities including mass email distribution, system security breaches, or violations of Lithuanian legislation and third-party rights. 3.2.4. Immediately report domain functionality issues to the Service Provider. 3.2.5. Accept and follow registration terms for the chosen domain namespace. 3.2.6. For .LT domain registrations specifically, acknowledge and agree to comply with: a) The .LT domain registration policy and procedures b) Terms and conditions set by the .LT Registry operator (Kaunas University of Technology) c) Dispute resolution procedures for .LT domains d) Any additional requirements specific to .LT domain usage and maintenance e) Lithuanian legislation governing .LT domain names 3.2.7. For .LV domain registrations specifically, acknowledge and agree to comply with: a) The .LV domain registration policy and procedures b) Terms and conditions set by the .LV Registry operator c) Dispute resolution procedures for .LV domains d) Any additional requirements specific to .LV domain usage and maintenance

4. Liability Framework

4.1. The Service Provider accepts liability for non-performance of Section 3.1 obligations only when caused by Service Provider negligence.

4.2. The Client bears complete responsibility for legal disputes concerning domain usage legitimacy.

4.3. Both parties are exempt from liability for indirect damages to the other party.

5. Agreement Duration

5.1. This Agreement remains effective indefinitely, commencing when the Client orders services per Section 1.1 and fulfills payment obligations per Section 2.0.

5.2. The Agreement becomes null if the Client fails to meet any assumed obligations. For non-payment of domain renewal fees, the Service Provider may terminate services and allow domain expiration if payment is not received within seven (7) days before the domain expiration date.

5.3. The Client may terminate this Agreement unilaterally with notice to the Service Provider. Paid fees are non-refundable upon termination.

6. Additional Provisions

6.1. Matters not addressed in this Agreement will be resolved through mutual consultation or according to Lithuanian Republic legislation.

6.2. Disputes unresolvable through good faith negotiations will be settled under Lithuanian Republic law.
